Terms of Service
Effective July 18, 2026
Agreement
These terms govern your use of Crumb websites, dashboards, publishing tools, and connected services. By creating an account, connecting a third-party service, or using Crumb, you agree to these terms. If you use Crumb for an organization, you represent that you can bind that organization to these terms.
Accounts and connected services
You are responsible for your account, authorized users, and activity performed through it. You must provide accurate information and protect your login credentials. When you connect Instagram or another service, you authorize Crumb to access and process the information permitted by that connection for the features you request. You may disconnect a service at any time.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit or authorize Crumb to import. You grant Crumb a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process, transform, display, and distribute that content only as needed to operate and improve the service and publish it according to your settings. You represent that you have the rights and permissions required to use the content with Crumb.
Acceptable use
You may not use Crumb to violate law or third-party rights, publish deceptive or harmful material, distribute malware, access accounts without authorization, interfere with service operation, evade usage limits, or attempt to reverse engineer protected portions of the service. You may not use imported content unless you have permission to do so.
AI-assisted features
Crumb may use automated systems to structure recipes and generate drafts. Automated output can be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing recipes, ingredients, allergens, temperatures, timings, and other safety-sensitive information before publishing or relying on it.
Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features and may impose reasonable limits to protect reliability and security. Third-party integrations depend on services outside Crumb’s control and may change or become unavailable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using Crumb at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address a violation, security risk, legal requirement, nonpayment, or material harm to Crumb or others. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
Disclaimers and liability
Crumb is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the extent permitted by law, Crumb will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or losses caused by third-party services.
Contact and updates
We may update these terms as the service changes. Material updates will be reflected by a new effective date. Questions about these terms can be sent to legal@crumb.so.
